Where are you based & how far will you travel? Plus

We serve Coeur d'Alene, ID & Spokane, WA as well as surrounding areas. We do charge a travel fee for locations 30+ miles away.

We serve weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, bachelorette parties & more.
Pricing
What is your pricing? Plus

Our pricing is custom to each event based on event type, number of guests, event length & desired service(s). Complete our inquiry form for a quote custom to your event.
What is your payment policy? Plus

A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at time of scheduling to reserve your event date & time. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your event.
Alcohol
Why don't you provide alcohol? Plus

The Coeur Bar is a dry-hire mobile bar. You provide the alcohol & we take care of the rest! This helps you avoid alcohol mark-up costs & allows you to keep or return any alcohol that isn't used during your event.

We provide you with a detailed alcohol list based on menu selections and estimated guest count. Alcohol purchases will be confirmed 3 days prior to your event.
Will you serve an alcohol-free event? Plus

Absolutely! We are happy to serve mocktails at alcohol-free events.
